Trudy Moylan Photography captures a beautiful princess mama as she takes a stroll through the enchanting streets of Paris on a warm summer day. She is the picture of elegance in a yellow sequin gown, reminding us so much of Belle from Beauty and the Beast – and the exquisite architecture of the Musee de Louvre creates an absolutely stunning backdrop for her off the shoulder gown in blush pink! It’s a season of joy in the City of Love, as she waits for her precious little one to appear, and there’s so much lovely everywhere that she is, in these breathtaking images below…Read More

This boho chic styled wedding has us absolutely in love. From the soft delicateness of their invitation suite to the beautiful intricacy of the brides draping lace dress, every detail is so intentional and really pulls together the airy bohemian vibe that the couple so loved. Its almost hard to believe that this is a real life couple and not a perfectly curated styled bridal shoot, but its so obvious that these two are absolutely in love, and we couldn't be happier for them!
The sweet couple met in France and bonded over their combined love of nature and bohemian styling. They moved to LA to pursue creative endeavors, and their eye for design and creativity is so evident in their wedding styling. The use of real bones and dandelions adds an etherial aspect to their invitation suite, and is unlike anything we’ve seen before. We love this unique styling and the way that it’s really personal to the bride and groom
Their choice of florals really contrasts with the muted tones of their invitation suite and styling, and adds that pop of color that really gives a vibrancy to the images. We love the yellow and green hues against the creams and faded calligraphy. They also stand out perfectly against the brides gorgeous dress without stealing any attention away from it. Her bridesmaids long white dresses really made the whole scene feel so dreamy as well, and we can totally see this becoming a huge trend!
Black & White is gaining momentum as a color palette again. If you are all about a black tie formal affair, a black & white color palette is one way to make a dramatic statement with that theme. No matter if it's a ballroom grand affair or outdoor soiree.Brining in a simple color scheme gives tons of opportunity to a bride & vendors involved. Take this black & white tables cape & its simple elegance. a fabulous floral installation stands tall over the table cascading in such blooms. The same blooms are used in the sweet ceremony staging with billowing white fabric and a touch of geometric shape that gives visual appeal.
To compliment the overall theme the bride's squad looks glamorous in black and white gowns from designer Mac Duggal. Bride in Essence of Australia.
We always come back to a simple black & white wedding color palette because it just has that go-to stand the test of time vibe.

It seems to never rain agin this year in Socal, but the past couple of days have brought much needed rain. Thankfully I did not have any outdoor sessions scheduled today, although how fun is it to shoot out in the rain anyway! I went to a session this week that got a little rained on, but we continued anyway, then it hailed! So we took a break! Lol
Today I am going to start a DIY project that I will create into another blog post so you can learn to make your own dream catchers! so fun & dreamy! I am curious what are some of your favorite rainy day activities?
